Job description
NABS Workforce Solutions is hiring dependable Construction Workers and general labourers to support active commercial and residential projects across Canada. This is a hands-on role on busy job sites where reliability, safety, and a strong work ethic matter most.
You'll work alongside skilled trades and site supervisors to keep projects moving on schedule. We place workers on temporary, temp-to-hire, and full-time assignments, so there's room to build steady, long-term work with the crews and clients you fit best.

What you'll do
- Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment around the site
- Assist skilled trades with framing, concrete, and finishing tasks
- Prepare and clean work areas and keep the site safe and organized
- Operate hand and power tools safely under supervision
- Follow all site safety procedures and wear required PPE
What you bring
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Steel-toed boots and reliable transportation to site
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all seasons
- CSTS, WHMIS, or fall protection an asset (or willing to obtain)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
